Three elderly citizens take a walk in the city outside the safe space of their retirement home. They are not quite ordinary though – they are giants. A brisk walk is not what it used to be – with a wheelchair, a walker and an electrical scooter they try to navigate in a world, that is not build for their bodies. The city is full of challenges – narrow spaces, high curbs, cobblestones and other people rushing by. +75 is a humoristic and surprising show that points out the challenges for senior citizens in a hectic city. How do you find your way in a city, when you walk a little slower?

We must hone our skills, to be receptive, to improvise, to play, to experiment, to grieve, to metabolize, to be together in the unknown – and trust we have resources in our bodies to negotiate, survive, and thrive.
We invite you into the forest for a weather walk, a search through deep time for disappearing beings, and a dying and decomposing practice.

Duration: Total duration 2.5 hours approx. The performance takes part in three parts of app. 30-40 minutes and a collective closing ritual.
You decide, how long you wish to stay – we do encourage to join from the beginning, since the performers will take the audience into the landscape from the beginning.

Resisting Extinction is a participatory and walking performance in the forest. Wear clothes and shoes suitable for the forest floor.

Triggers: the event addresses the topics of climate crisis, death, decay, mourning and loss. It includes elements of work with the body, emotions and exposure to nature, insects and weather conditions.

About the company
GribGruppen consists of three artists based in Gribskov: Composer and musician Birgit Løkke, scenographer Filippa Berglund, and performing artist Helene Kvint. GribGruppen aims to create both large and small artistic interventions in the local area over the coming years.
Paper is the central theme — both as material and concept — and the vision is to develop close collaborations with the local community. The works take on various forms such as concerts, exhibitions, and performance pieces. Everyday local life and its stories are an important part of GribGruppen’s projects.

Architects of Air’s brand-new luminarium, MYRIAD, is inspired by the stars – those points of light that illuminate the night sky.
MYRIAD is a monumental and interactive sculpture you can lose yourself in: enter the 900 m² artistic maze of curving corridors, soaring domes, and enchanting coloured light, where Archimedean solids and Gothic cathedrals merge into an inspiring installation.
The installation awakens all senses, creating a sense of wonder and enchantment for all ages. Visitors are transported and immersed into an amazing world of light and subtle and saturated hues, for a unique sensory experience.

Chula the Clown moves her audience, using no words, through pathos to humour, as they move between her reality and her imagination.

Gabriela Muñoz (Chula the Clown) has a variety of experience in theater, circus and opera. She finished her studies at the London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA) based on Jacques Lecoq ́s pedagogy, following a 2-year postgraduate course and a year course at the School of Physical Theatre in London. About the company
Los Galindos was created in 1991. The project emerged from a synergy between continuous research and young energy in collective creation. We have developed an artistic project with our own signature and we have created 15 shows. We have received several awards, within them we highlight the National Prize of Culture 2016 to our career. With MDR – Death from laughter we go back to the street format with a risky and committed circus show.
Los Galindos has visited PASSAGE Festival several times with their Mongolian yurt and performances such as Udul.

The diver is an enigmatic figure. A silent actor in the theatre of fish, an acrobat of the depths, a mythical character. Like someone from another world, the diver suddenly moves across dry land, surrounded by air. He is holding a map in his hand, and tries to find his way back to his natural element – the water. A surreal underwater world unfolds, as the diver attempts to catch with his net the exotic beings that wander around him.
On his way to find silence in the deep, the diver roams around in the city. The deep-sea diver is not just a man in the middle of an ocean exclusively for marine life. He hints at something else, he really is more than just a man in an atmospheric suit. He is a puppet for the silent fish theater, a deep acrobat of the profound, a pneumatic man. Here he produces bubbles, there he blows water, as he tries to catch with his net the exotic beings that wander around him. He roams with a map in hand, continuously searching for the path that will bring him back to his natural element – water.
Without a single word, with a touch of poetry and the clown’s unique attitude, the Diver creates his own undersea world, where both children and adults are captured – by his net and his charm.

Alessandro Vallin began his artistic career as a saltimbanco (street acrobat) in 1994, since then he has cooperated with several street theatre groups. Le Sacre is a retelling of Igor Stravinsky’s Le Sacre du Printemps, danced and sung a cappella.
Twelve moving and singing bodies invade public space to make it vibrate and to make the audience vibrate with it. In this bodily choir, dance and voice mingle and intertwine to form a roaring, whispering, dissonant, humming choir…
Crossed by questions of revolt, identity, collectivity, individuality, the bodies are unleashed and the voices, sometimes powerful, sometimes ridiculous, come out as a call to others, a common cry for a common body.
It is the spring of a youth in full revolt, which questions the identity of the individual in a group and the place of this group in the community and public space.
Le Sacre questions hierarchy, boxes, commonplaces.
They go where you least expect them, unite the sacred and the banal and poetise everyday life.
Le Sacre du Printemps is a ballet composed by Igor Stravinskij. It premiered in Paris in 1913. Since then the piece has been interpreted many times, always stirring up things.
