PASSAGE mini festival an Espergærde Centret presents:

With roll of drums, whistling, cackeling and other musical sounds they walk into the courtyard at Flynderupgård.

A unique and stunning combination of men, music and geese, that will delight young and old when marching past like a real fanfare. Based on the age-old tradition of goose herding, Marc Picars Geeseparade is animal friendly and cheerful!

DURATION: The geese marches throughout Espergærde Centret for approximately 25 min.

Bee dances, nerdy and fascinating bee studies and samples from the world of the bees are served around a banquet table. Together we will dive into the challenges and pleasures of the bees, both honeybees and wild bees – two sides of the same coin, which these days are seen as opposites. But what is really going on at flower-level?

The performers will guide the guests through the banquet and offer broad, sensory experiences.

This performance is presented as a part of NORDIC STREET. Read more about NORDIC STREET HERE

With some self-irony and a twinkle in the eyes, Don Gnu pays tribute to the phenomenon of men wearing sandals and the right to be yourself. The beloved characters DON and GNU, known from the Reumert nominated trilogi MEN IN SANDALS, fight both for and against each other on placing the plank correctly!

An outdoor pop-up performance filled with raw physicality, crooked stunts and highlevel slapstick-comedy!

Duration: 25 min.

What does a bear, a fox,, a sheep and a chicken have in common? Discorythms, swaying hips and red hot instruments! Four animals will light up the farm as they march, cluck, and roar in a colourful musical parade.

Moving along, they drag their sound equipment after them, but every time they stop, they will start a musical disco-potpourri including matching danse moves…

Duration: 30 min.

Two ballerinas rest on top of a giant music box. They invite us on a trip, where transforming cogs and hologrammes give life to the beautiful story of the forbidden love between music and dance, under the reign of King Fear.

“As a child, the curiosity about discovering what was hidden inside little music boxes brought me to destroy some. As a grown-up I have had the opportunity to form a team and make up the story I would have liked to find in the first little box I ever opened.” (Diego Caicedo Melchiade)

A man and a woman are suspended from rusty steel springs. They are limited in their freedom of movement, but within the limits the possibilities are limitless…

The cliché about the relations between men and women is built up to a tragicomic love story: from the moment they meet, till the inevitable “and they lived happily ever after”.

All within the restraints and possibilities of their bouncy suspension. Springtime is a playful visual show without words for audiences of all ages.
