Feminist punk circus: As clowns, with a large dose of physical comedy, and in the tension between cringe and virtuosity, M.P.A.C. (Mighty Performing Arts Collective) explores breasts. What does breasts say about the human condition? Who can show what, where, how? M.P.A.C. plays with perceptions of breasts to surprise, remove shame, arouse laughter, and broaden the view on breasts both in the public and the personal intimate. Through clown, dance, and circus, M.P.A.C. builds a space of humor and vulnerability, rapture and resistance, tricks, and reflection.

Mrs. Severinsen is a collector of dolls. Babusjka is not only the most beautiful doll, it is in fact maybe the largest pull-up doll in the world!
Every day, Severinsen has to turn the key, to set Babusjka free. Under the skirt of Babusjka, a small theatre is activated. You will meet all the artists: Mum and Dad, Uncle Orla, Aunt Tyra, Prince Peter and Babusjka in person. To the sound of a musical box, they perform, dance and sing. Sometimes it is serious business to be a collector.
This performance is for all ages and with only a simple and few Danish words.

You will be welcome at this show and even more so if you have a vase that you wish to get rid of… Nothing is compulsory, but consider this gesture as a participative extension to the universe of Bel Horizon. Just hold it in your arms at the start of the show, as a sign of recognition. The rest will come when the time is right.

A sculpture that is created by you, the participating audience: through instructions given through headphones, you will be a part of a larger choreographic system, moving objects, creating forms and shaping the space between you. As audience, you will be active in the creation of this performance.
Dance of the Fisherman is a site specific performance created specifically for Espergaerde Havn.
In Dance of the Fisherman, the audience will be physically drawn into the meditative world of the fisherman, in an imagistic walking tour.
With our toes in the water and fingers busy at the net, we will listen to stories of local fishermen and women, surrounded by an evocative soundtrack under the sunset sky.
The performance concludes with an invitation to a free fish meal smoked on the harbour and share a drink, supper and our stories together.
Dance of the Fisherman is created in a collaboration between theatre director Caroline McSweeney and choreographer Taneli Törmä.

CRAWL CRAWL CRAWL is a new composed staged piece with 12 singers, experienced from the edge of a swimming pool.
In a physical study of water resonance, the singers are pondering on the paradoxes of a welfare state. The singers become a group searching for a common voice, and longing for meaning.
In their polyphonic strive, they uncover the imbalance that a class-based society creates.
The work is created by Jon R. Skulberg in close collaboration with composer Lil Lacy, dramaturge Astrid Hansen Holm, conductor Mathias Skaarup Sørensen, designer Kit Wan, and the vocal ensemble ENSEMBLE EDGE.
“The piece is a sensitivity analysis of the nature of inequality. A portrayal of the welfare state and its many flaws. The singers from ENSEMBLE EDGE become a group searching for a common voice, insurgently longing for meaning – thus uncovering the in-coherent imbalance of a class-based society.”
