Transir
In the circus, as in everyday life, the artist risk our lives. They have nothing more certain than death. They believe that we are happy, unlimited, and capable of controlling nature. But what if we are not?
Maybe we can live a fuller life by accepting our human condition; in the end, we are all going to die. Maybe, accepting that everything doesn’t depend on us, will allow us to think about the present, about who we are, what we feel and what we want.
The performance consists of aerial exploration, vertical acrobatics, dance moves and live music. Dangerous circus acts are performed with a humorous twist, making the show enjoyable for the whole family.

About the company
Rojo Telón is a young, powerful female contemporary circus and theatre company that cherishes and loves its shows while still being mischievous. Specializing in aerial and vertical techniques, they use the language of circus in synergy with theatre, dance, music, and farcical humour to entertain on stage and captivate anyone who stumbles upon them.
Their third project, Transir, is the result of a creative process involving a musician on stage together with aerial and vertical acrobatics. The performance, which premiered in 2023, has been shown at several festivals in Spain, including FESTIVAL BAGATZA, UMORE AZOKA, FESTIVAL KMLEZO, and FESTIVAL LABOXL, DONOSTI.
