Through the Wall
Through the Wall takes you on a walk through the urban landscape and shows you the city from a new angle. You follow three dancers, who appear and disappear constantly, as they explore and move playfully with the architecture as a dancing partner, making you feel the tempo of the city and the softness of the body on the hard concrete. Bodies clash against walls, melt down stairways and roll through grass as the audience rediscover the particular beauty hidden in this accumulation of concrete, iron, bones, and flesh that we call the city.

Thomas Bentin Works is based in Køge and led by Danish choreographer Thomas Bentin. With a passion for movement and a subtle sense of humor, he explores themes concerning human behavior. For the past three years, his focus has been on how performing arts can contribute to our life outside of the theatre building and interact with the environment we live and work in.
