The Place
The Place is a series of intimate attempts to rethink the relationship we have and could have with the places we are in. Places carry us through life and we are a part of them, so we want to acknowledge our kinship and consider them as part of our most cherished relationships.
We are not sure if places have the same desires, but we want them to know that we care about them, even though our human minds can sometimes be as limited as a swimming pool.
The Place is a minimalist piece for a place, two performers and an audience, drawing on ingredients such as physical theatre, music and soundscapes, subtle visual impacts, humor and some grams of existentialism.
