Naked bodies covered in mud, ropes digging into flesh, juices, honey and a soprano’s tempting and sighing vocals in the darkness. The audience embarks on an all-encompassing journey into The Foxcave in an abandoned fire station in the heart of Helsingør. In this sensual, labyrinthian world of illusions, we find The Possessed, a group of individuals who have each enclosed themselves in the pursuit of satisfying their lust.
The Foxcave works with the erotic passions of human beings and is created by an international team of artists. In a contemporary world which is seemingly obsessed with finding the limits of our urges, the question arises: What do we do with urges, that are continuously fed by crossing the lines?

about the company
Sew Flunk Fury Wit creates enigmatic musical and dramatic performances in a hard to categorize hybrid-genre of hyper-surreal human-sized neo-puppetry, poetic dramatic worlds and seductive soundscapes of originally composed opera and electronica.
The company was founded by artistic director – Svend E. Kristensen (DK) – in 2013. He began his artistic career in the experimental music scene in Denmark in the early 80’s. Through the years he has elaborated, developed, and designed various life-sized puppets from materials such as carbon fiber, silicone, and other composites. Read about artistic director Svend E.
