Step inside the abandoned house – assembled from material from more than 60 houses in North Jutland. A theatrical installation that bears witness to a life lived, explores the unnoticed detail and shows both the beauty and brutality of the abandoned. Through headphones, the audience is guided through the installation of objects, sound, words and video that contain elements of extreme beauty, heartbreaking decay, longing, mortality, power and love. We end up around the set coffee table where we reminisce together – and create new shared memories. ROD brings the forgotten to life – a tribute to what was and still is.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
MØR collective is an international artist community working with socially engaged and norm-critical performing arts projects. Common to all the projects is that they relate to a contemporary issue, which we process artistically in order to create a sense of connection and resonance with the audience.
