PASSAGE MINI AT FLYNDERUPGÅRD

PASSAGE mini at Flynderupgård is a weekend filled with both Danish and international performances, creative workshops, play areas and picnic for the whole family.  

In 2021, PASSAGE Festival tried a new format for the first time: a mini-theater festival for the whole family that took place in and around Marienlyst Castle.

This time the festival moves into Flynderupgård in Espergærde! 

PASSAGE Festival once again invites you to a whole weekend with both theatre performances, creative workshops and play areas, a picnic area, and the opportunity to get food, coffee, and cakes from Flynderupgård’s café and lovely pancakes from Kronborg Cup.

THEATRE PERFORMANCES FROM THE WHOLE WORLD 

All 8 performances on the program can be experienced by the whole family. This year we present artists from Catalonia, Belgium, Filand, the Netherlands, and Denmark. You can meet the puppet Faibola, get through a real Beauty Machine, go on a hologram journey, get surprised by acrobatic new circus and much more.

FUN AND FREE ACTIVITIES  

In addition to the 10 wonderful performances, you will also find several exciting activities at PASSAGE-mini. Embark unfamiliar and historical games or give old textiles a new life with block print. And if you take a blanket with you, you can settle down in the picnic area and enjoy your packed lunch – or buy it from Flynderupgård’s café, who lights the grill – or maybe enjoy a freshly baked pancake and a cup of coffee from one of the stalls? 

Playground: Together with Gerlev Legepark, Flynderupgård has developed a lot of fun, old games – and I promise you, there is games for playful people of all ages! 

Creative workshop: Take a break from performances in the creative workshop, where you can learn to block print and create your own tote bag or brought piece of fabric with different prints. 

In short, PASSAGE mini will be a weekend with lots of fun, world-class street theater and fun experiences for the whole family.

TAKE THE BIKE FOR THE PASSAGE mini 

Flynderupgård is beautifully located by Egebæksvang forest, only a short bike ride from Snekkersten Station, so take the bike and hop on the Coastal Railway! 

You can also take the local train and get off at Mørdrup St. in Espergærde 

NB: There is limited parking at Flynderupgård.
Alternative parking can be found at Snekkersten Hallen
