About the company

“Dansk” means Danish and “Rakkerpak” is an old Nordic slang for ‘undesirable and suspicious groups of travelers’. Translated to English it could be: Danish Riff Raff

Established in 1994 by Niels Peter Kløft og Niels Grønne, who have worked together even longer, since they met each other at The Commedia School in Copenhagen in 1983.

Dansk Rakkerpak has a comic, physical and non verbal style – a universal form of communication, gathering audiences for common laughter across ages, language and nationalities.
