Convoi Exceptionnel explores spaces that deeply interfere with our bodies and minds.
AT THE WALL BARS – ECHO FROM A SCHOOL is a staged and sensationalized prelude to the upcoming “Trilogy for Educational spaces”. A gym hall, a swimming pool and a classroom are being explored in which the audience is confronted with memories and experiences of their time in different learning rooms.
Here the audience can move around in a universe of video projections, daylight, smoke and choreographic movements in the otherwise well-known gymnastics hall.
BY THE WALL BARS – ECHO FROM A SCHOOL is part of ‘b y p a s s‘ at the PASSAGE Festival. A platform where selected artists are given the opportunity to experiment with formats for art in the public space. TRILOGY FOR EDUCATIONAL SPACES will be presented in three parts at PASSAGE Festival 2021, 2022 og 2023.
The performance is supported by the Danish Arts Foundation.

About the company
Convoi Exceptionnel, led by scenographer and choreographer Jon R. Skulberg, is a Nordic production platform based in Copenhagen. The company creates aesthetically seductive works both scenic and site-specific. Over the next three years, Convoi Exceptionnel will present the work series “Trilogy for Educational Spaces” at the PASSAGE Festival.
